Doug was very easy to get in touch with and was incredibly helpful with anything we needed throughout the mortgage process. He always seemed very happy to help and never made us feel dumb for asking so many questions.

Doug was very helpful and accessible as was his assistant. He let us know what to expect for each part of the process and made it relatively easy. He even took our call at 8PM one night and helped us with the application.
