Doug was incredibly helpful in getting my mortgage completed. He answered questions incredibly quickly and ensured all of my requirements were met even on the weekends.

As the listing agent (on the other side of the deal) I appreciated being kept informed. Also - everything went smoothly - cd signed on time, closing all done in time (even after closing was moved twice to earlier dates.) thanks you!

Process went smooth and seamless but prefer more communication and notification with each stage of the mortgage process instead of calling the agent in regards to: has the appraisal been assigned, when is it, is the file clear to close etc?
