Kelly Is good explained most of part .It would great if she explain some of information in more details like one time Float down , Flat interested rate vs points she is reducing against the buy down points etc. Overall experience was good

I only worked with Amy a few days so dont have lots to say about the experience with her personally. She called a few times, was very pleasant and on top of the closing process.
Bridget did amazing! She was very thorough with our questions and concerns. We’re so grateful for how smooth our overall experience was.

Bridget is very responsive. The process was great. She was quick to communicate all emails and phone calls
Phenomenal communication and great attitude from Bridget! Also we asked a ton of questions a Bridget did a great job of answering them and/or finding the answer for us!
