    The employees at flat branch were so easy to work with. They were easy to get ahold of, so patient with all of my constant questions, and quick to get every step done as quick and convenient for me as possible.

    Excellent experience, except for the closing, I don't understand why the funds were not wired directly to my bank, and why did I need to contact my insurance company directly to get there address? On the day I was going to pick up my check?!...
