PenTrust Mortgage Group - PenTrust Mortgage G..., Colorado Springs, CO

Shelley was very helpful and thorough when communicating what to expect.

Rachelle was willing to sit down and discuss several options on multiple occasions so we understood the process. Her patience calmed our hesitation as she walked us thru the closing process.

Great working with Rachelle and her team!

Rachelle is very knowledgeable, she had our best interests in mind, and everything went very smoothly with the process. I honestly can’t think of anything to be critical of.

Good communication and explanations, kept us updated and informed. Great experience, easily explained the process, necessary documents, and all the requirements for obtaining a loan and going through the closing process.

should've been better to explain the customers how to use there benefit on paper rather than talking on the phone. the agent promised me to go over on this but never received call until they needed something from me. basically I had to learn...

Because Ricardo Gomez & Vincent Gomez showed HONESTY & TRANSPARENCY. That’s why I had a Great experience. Thank you!

Rachelle was very patient and professional and I could not have had a better loan officer
