The team kept us informed and prepared through the whole process, making our stressful situation of selling a house and buying a new house at the same time much easier.

This was the easist closing I have expirenced. We had a short turnaround and PenTrust was able to quickly get it done and no issues. The rates were what we needed to get our dream home.

Kyle was incredible. He took the time to teach me and my partner (we are first time homebuyers) everything we needed to know to be successful in this process. Without Kyles knowledge, it is unlikely we would have purchased a home.
