Over all things went smoothly and when an issue came up it was resolved quickly and effectively.
There were times it seemed my lender was maybe annoyed with me in their demeanor and voice inflection and I didn't feel very comfortable with that.
Kelly took the time to break down all the information. Home Buying can be overwhelming, especially when it comes to the loan. But she explained each part of the loan and answered all my questions. I felt so comfortable with her!
