PenTrust Mortgage Group - PenTrust Mortgage G..., Colorado Springs, CO

She was very cooperative and helpful.

Shelley was a pro that kept everything on track. The only reason for 9's rather than 10's was I prefer to be able to work face to face rather than virtual only.

Great relationship with the builder. Team was responsive, kind, and friendly.

I never thought buying a house would be so easy I was informed and explain of everything as soon as it happen.

Closed on time with all issues handled. Thank you.

The communication between Shelly and I made me close on my house early and she broke down and explained things to me that were understandable. She made the whole process comfortable and answered any questions that I needed.

Mr. Vincent Gomez made himself available at all times to field all of my questions. The man was quick to answer my questions no matter if they were relevant to the home loan process or not. He was kind, courteous and even willing to laugh at...

Experience was all good!

Great communication, keeping me updated with everything in regards to the loan. Everyone on that team was very professional and friendly wich is great from the buyer point of view. Thanks!

We were recommended to Mary and we are so glad that we chose her. I’m not sure we would have went through with the process if it wasn’t for her helping us.
