Communication could have been better. There was quite a few things that overall could have led to a better experience - and then my loan officer never showed up to closing. It was overall terrible.
Rachelle made it seamless, she offered as much support as we needed. She was able to help us narrow down which loan would be the best for us. She replied to everything quickly and was able to make this so easy for us.
