PenTrust Mortgage Group - PenTrust Mortgage G..., Colorado Springs, CO

Shelley was awesome 👏🏼 she took Extra time outta her day to help me out with a VA Loan, super nice super informative and every bank should have someone like Shelly who goes out of her way to support customers!! Awesome service! Thank you...

Very competent, helpful staff who were in constant contact with us to answer questions and make sure the loan process was moving along smoothly.

Joy with PenTrust Mortgage did a great job!!

VERY knowledgeable. VERY helpful. ALWAYS pleasant. TOTALLY customer focused.

Great staff with the best support and information throughout the entire process. All questions were answered almost immediately. Pentrust made the process of buying a house a smooth ride for my husband and I.

We had a fabulous experience! Shelley and the team really kept us up to date and they were very responsive, and they always answered our questions! Thank you all for such a hassle free and easy process!

Ricardo and his Team were fantastic...even helped walk us off the scary ledge of numbers adding up.... and on their day off.....way above expectations!

Rich List and the PenTrust mortgage group were fantastic. I have dealt with 6 different lenders in various capacities over the last 10 years and they were by far the most knowledgeable, patient, and easily accessible team I have worked with....

Joy is THE BEST loan officer I have ever worked with. I have purchased 4 homes, and I think getting a mortgage is painful and crazy stressful. Joy took the stress out. I will use her again on my next purchase and will refer her to everyone...

Shelley was great to work with. She got back to me quick whenever I had questions.
