James is extremely knowledgeable and goes through every possible scenario before it pops up. This allows the buyer to be as comfortable as possible in a high stress situation.
You make me look good!!! When I get calls from buyers, I always get them prequaified before I do anything else. Being able to tell a buyer I have someone who have programs that can get them into their dream home takes the stress from them....

I enjoyed how thorough Shellie was in explaining a lot of things concerning the whole process that I didn't know as a first time buyer. I would definitely recommend to family and friends who are interested in buying in the Pensacola area.
