When we went to close, we sat in the parking lot for over 2 and a half hours (curbside closing) because the Title company was waiting on some documentation they needed from the lender. I tried to contact the lender and the Title co. tried....

or emailed with questions. He made this process very simple and stress free for me and my husband.
Would have liked to have had better response times and communication.
Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and responsive. When issues came up on the sellers end of our home purchase, everyone worked hard to get it resolved so we could settle as quickly as possible.
Communication was awful. Failed to timely respond to text, emails or calls; and rarely responded in the time frame he said he would. Also did not explain things clearly.
