I don't think it was necessarily anything anyone did. The market is just very hectic and simple things are made more difficult when everyone is purchasing homes at the same time. Everyone is incredibly busy and under tight deadlines.
Got us through the mortgage process quickly and answered all our questions promptly. Made things very easy in this quick to turn around market.
