Everything went great except for the late change in the closing costs due at closing.
Jason was very helpful, easy to talk to, and insightful about the process as well as following up on issues even as late as the closing day. I felt very confident throughout, and felt like he was looking out for our best interests.
We had a lender Gateway Mortgage that never responded to our questions so we changed to JD who was very prompt in responding to our questions. He was professional, very knowledgeable, and nice. We highly recommend him.
