I was aware of everything that was needed from me at all times. If I ever had questions, I could ask and get a timely response. Being unfamiliar with the process, this was a great experience for me.
The process was described very well during the process but several phone calls had to be made to get additional info. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating and a closing gift is always nice.
