Jake Longhta was very responsive throughout the entire process. He seemed to care about making sure I was taken care of. Jake was able to make a stressful situation that much easier to deal with.

Communication would have been better. Loan costs were fuzzy. Jake was out of office on the day of closing. Property tax was unexpectedly rolled into the loan last minute without notice.
