Was not happy with the 3 and 1/2 hour invasive home inspection of my home after initially being told that the home inspection may be waived or could possibly be a drive-by inspection.

I am so sorry this happened. The PDQ appraisal process is new and is requiring an adjustment from all parties. I will do a better job of setting proper expectations for customers in the future.
