Kim makes herself very reachable for her clients. there was a little miscommunication on some things that I wish i had understood a little better before they happened, but kim made up for it by being available when i was signing closing documents....

There were problems with the underwriter as to what i needed to do and when. Jim was doing his best to get the loan done. My experience with him was great.
