The great part was Amanda. She is knowledgeable, responsive and informative. The overall experience is better than ok but I wouldn't say great. The rest of the process was a bit tedious as there were some technical issues.

didn't have to upload documents that was duplicate of efforts. communication was great however in end it has tailed off. i still haven't received funds from the closing. this process i started back in Aug & just now closing end of November....
