I previously tried to refinance my house and had a problem with the appraisal because the appraiser was not familiar with solar panels and did not value them properly. Goodleap managed to get the appraisal done quickly and correctly.

For one the speed in starting the laon up, wasn't hard at all. I did deal with 3-4 people so sometimes the handoffs were not smooth, but in the end I got everything I requested.
