Some form of communication. Honesty in the process and closing on time. I shouldn't have to call and speak with a manager and underwriter to get my loan closed. And still 4 days late. It put us in a huge bind with our move.

Unpleasant to deal with. Robert Wicklander handled the transaction and was rude and dismissive to my realtor and me. They snuck in points to my CD despite having been promised that no points would be included to get my rate.
