Good communication, response time, everything was done quickly and efficiently.

Communication was lacking in some aspects. The team did keep us informed about what stage our loan was in, however several emails were not responded too in a timely manner or at all. If we couldn’t get an email back a follow up text was then...

Davonna was very nice and communicative throughout our the whole mortgage process and make it a lot easier than I could’ve expected. I definitely recommend Stride for anyone looking to set up a mortgage for a new home!
