There were gaps in communication from this team during time sensitive deadlines. After the buyers signed all of the closing documents, then NAF reached out to "refund" a $50 discrepancy on the CD. This required a new CD to be signed, NAF refused...

Easy to get a hold of even outside of normal business hours. Took the time to explain processes and next steps. Made the entire process smooth and easy to follow.
