Jeff was constantly available, He had good knowledge of the whole process.

Jeff was there for all steps. I was worried about the mortgage. Jeff answered all my questions and found all sorts of downpayment assitance. Made the process very low stress.

Any level of communication would have been better than what I received. Never received a phone call and only received an email when I begged for it.

All of the information and explanations I was provided with, while we went through the home buying process.
