Perhaps due to a high volume of other homes being sold, lender package lacked personal touch and follow through that one would expect. Multiple inaccuracies in paperwork and delays due to documents not being sent caused undue stress.
Very quick response time. Even when an error was made it was fixed very quickly in order for us to close on time. Great company!
