Everything was done professionally and in a timely manner, and stress free.
The communication up front was great, as the process moved further along the communication was far less.
We were not sure of what would be required for closing cost from us from until the evening (after business hours) before closing.

The underwriter needs to fully complete their job. Find all the problems right away. Otherwise things are prolonged months.
