Thanks Patrick. Not sure how I missed this review and am just responding now, but I certainly appreciate the kind words. Hopefully we'll see rates go down next year so that we can get that rate into the 5s.

Chris did a great job working with me on the loan from start to finish. The tools to manage and track are application were easy to work with. Importantly l was able to complete the entire process and get to closing in 4 weeks
