Very helpful with the whole process.
I'd say it was good. Certainly better than OK. The rate going up at the last minute was a little frustrating, and the tech resources could have been better, but overall it was good!
There was good communication and everything happened on time.
She is efficient and professional.
Very easy to work with, explained the process thoroughly, great communication, and pleasant to be around. Great experience!
