David was very responsive and available to help.
There was zero communication. Emails, phone calls & text messages were never returned. Our closing was delayed by 39 days. Once Charlie got involved, we finally had communication.
Ms. Jennifer and her team were a pleasure to work with. Always prompt to answer any questions we had. The process was so quick and easy. Definitely will use again in the future and will refer to anybody that asks!
