Easy process
The whole process was seamless
Jennifer and your team handled everything perfect. We won’t do business with anyone else. Plus we do appreciate you all a lot. It seemed so fast. Thank you again for everything you all did for us. We wouldn’t recommend anyone else.
The underwriting process is too much. There has to be an easier way. Needing multiple proofs of certain information is ridiculous.
Only nice until providing the pre-qual letter. After that, all is not very coincide communication. They tend to be rude and never make anything easy. It felt more like they tried to make the process as hard as possible.
It was great to find someone who was willing to give me a chance to take the next steps in my life to be successful. Very pleasant to me and helpful. I never thought I could own a house and you made it possible. Thank you and God bless
