I hated being told I must do something, especially at the very last minute!! I his defense, Ian tried to help at the end. It is the nameless bean counters called "underwriters" that offend. No soul.

Tom stayed in touch with me during the whole process. Our buyer was out of state which made it difficult and It was a short close period but he still made it happen on time! Everyone's happy :)
