Did not get good communication, kept asking for more stuff didn’t feel professional. I know COVID-19 made it harder to communicate but the stuff that was needed at the end could of been done and ready way before being rushed at closing
Mitchell was very helpful in letting us know what was needed to get our loan processed quickly, and he explained every step of the process so we felt comfortable the entire time.
