I love this review because it points out two pillars in my mantra; Explanation and Communication. It's one thing for a company to say they DO these things, but it's a different story when your raving fans share testimony about it.
Mitch was an excellent communicator and problem solver. Focused on results w/ practical approach to successful transaction.
