Gloria was patient in answering all my questions and communicating to process. It was my first time buying and she explained everything to me likely more than once :)

Sam was very responsive to all our questions and made sure we were updated at each and every step of the process. He went above and beyond to help us during our appraisal process to make sure our cost to closing didn't get impact.

The staff was just wonderful to work with. Never made us feel like we were annoying or bothersome with all our questions, calls and emails. All questions were treated with warmth and respect. Never made to feel like we had a stupid question....
