Great communication and very timely.

The process was somewhat difficult for me. The Fairway site where I had to submit documents via the internet was not user friendly to me. Additionally, I was asked to resubmit forms several times. Tonya and Destinee were helpful and explained...

Took the time to go through every option of loan and scenario that we could encounter with our home loan. Walked us to through how to efficiently get our finances where they needed to be to qualify for the homes we wanted.
