It was a relatively easy process and he kept us informed at every step.

Jake made the whole process easy. He contacted me and then gave me the answers to my questions before he talked about the process. I had been contacted by a gentleman Humphrey from your company and he wouldn’t answer a question without asking...

Dan did an excellent job with my initial mortgage, so when it came time to refinance I knew I had to get in touch with him again. He is prompt, knowledgeable and gets things done. Call Dan if you want a great experience buying a home.

I think this is mostly on the company vs Dan. He was very attentive, but there were a lot of mistakes made by the company itself that slowed the process way down(writing me a 30 year loan twice vs a 20, ordering a full interior inspection vs...
