I do not think it is appropriate for a client borrowing less than 50% LTV with our credit scores to be required to escrow taxes and insurance. Further, for the same reason, forcing a hold back from a builder that we want to continue to do work...

Paula was there to answer all of our questions, every step of the way. The whole process went more smoothly than I thought possible - I can't imagine a better experience!
