Relatively painless process. From start to finish (closing) only about 30 days. Nick and team responded to my questions with same sense of urgency the process required. No complaints from my end.
As much as Nick performed above expectations, his support staff was very prompt in responding to questions and aided in the application process. There were no "hick-ups" in the process which if find unusual...no surprises.

Coming up on 10 years of owning my home. 10/22/20. Couldn't of done it without Nick ! My 2 children used him as well. Excellent customer service and couldn't ask for a better person to help make your dreams come true!!

Nick was great especially when things got difficult with the sale of my other home! Working with Nick was a great experience. The only con I experienced were the underwriting team would request things I had already submitted multiple times....
