Alon has been responsive and helpful throughout the process. He helped clear out some confusion on our income verifications and my immigration status with the underwriter, and eventually helped us secure a loan.

Well, as easy as possible when you’re talking about a complicated process like securing a mortgage. We sometimes needed a little bit of hand-holding, but Andy was always available to explain things and help keep everything running smoothly...
