Hey Cea. My team worked really hard and closed a GA Dream Down payment assistant loan in just under 2.5 weeks. Most lenders wouldn't have even attempted to do that. We were approved 4 days prior to closing but GA Dream underwriters wanted more...

Ms Theresa Corley was absolutely indispensable... She was outstanding at every turn and so very helpful with so many issues... great communication skills...
