Tricia took her time to answer all my questions i had Even if i asked Them before ,she still answered them again. She was awesome and always responded to emails or phone calls.

Better communication within your team. Multiple requests from multiple people for the same documents. Insistence that only 1 person was asking for documents but that wasn’t the case.
