We abide by posted VA guidelines when processing home loans. We do allow for a middle credit score down to 580. We do not have any lender overlays for VA loans, we simply follow the guidlelines in the Lender's Handbook. You can find the link...

Our loan was a difficult loan since we were in bankruptcy. Eric can handle these type of loans, and stuck it out when other lenders would not. Because of him we now have our home out of bankruptcy. He is awesome. No one one help us at all....
