This process was very confusing there were times i asked questions and felt like I was stupid or bothering . Also asking multiple times and given answer and then didnt happen.

Eric was able to get me a lower rate on my cash-out refi. He was always available to answer any of my questions and his loan processor was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

Eric was super helpful and answered any questions we had. The entire process went so smooth. Even though we were completely unprepared to buy, Eric and his team helped us through it and we were able to sign on our house today!

Everyone I worked with during the process was knowledgeable, helpful and made the refinance experience easy. Thank you so much!
