Ralph was very kind and patient with answering my questions. Always answered my calls or called me back right away when I couldnt get ahold of him. Very good customer service.
Anthony was very friendly and professional, explaining things that got complicated and solving problems when they arose. He made the whole process painless, in spite of a couple glitches (not caused by him or D&K).
