From the moment I was introduced to Ralph he was extremely attentive to all of my questions and curiosities. He was able to explain every detail as needed and worked closely with me to make this a very comfortable experience.

Ralph was excellent to work with. He keep us updated on progress and was quick to answer emails. He's very knowledgeable and we will recommend him to our family and friends.

Jeff is always very responsive, looking out for us and fun to work with. This is the 3rd purchase (plus some re-fi's) where we have used Jeff, and we will continue to do so.
