Chuck and his team were highly responsive and helpful in getting things done. The process is confusing when it comes to home purchasing and financing. Therefore having someone knowledgeable made everything effective and efficient.

Daren was great, however some of his support staff did not communicate very well and did not reveiw documents in a timel manner. It was clear they were working remotely and didn't care about their job.

Everyone was great smooth from start to finish. Daisy was extremely helpful!
