Overall communication could have been better. Between the broker, her assistant and the underwriter, we had to submit the same documents several times. It seems a better system of document organization would improve things.

I think the most important thing when you are going through the process of buying a home is that you have access to information - Cindy was always available to answer any questions we had about any aspect of the process.
