Cindy was so helpful throughout our loan process, we always knew what the next steps were, and she always updated us immediately on any changes/needs. She was so friendly and lovely to work with.

We started out the loan process with Africa for a house in Rio Grande Valley and had to switch lenders about 10 days before closing. She is very professional and kind in communication but ultimately the loan fell apart when the underwriting...

Cindy was there anytime we had questions and helped put together estimates for many of the houses we put offers on and ultimately the house we got.

Cindy was friendly from the beginning, she really cared about what we wanted and helped us get what we needed without hassle. I was able to send her text with simple questions and never felt like I couldn’t call and talk when I needed help....

My questions were always answered thoroughly and promptly. The process was smooth and easy.

very professional. docs on time, numbers were correct, delivered on all promises.

The level of communication with Mr. Litwin.
