Eric was on top of everything every step of the way and and the communication was great.

What made having Africa as our mortgage agent is that she always answered our question and would explain very thoroughly the entire process and was their the whole way with our home buying process and she helped us close within 3 weeks

Eric was very responsive through the whole process. I felt at ease when he said that he would take care of it when problems occurred. He is great at what he does. I would highly recommend him to anyone ready to purchase a home, especially VA....

Great communication throughout the entire process.

Africa was always quick to reply to any questions we had. She made us feel comfortable and at ease with our loan process. She is the absolute best and my husband and I are very pleased and happy to have worked with Africa.

I had an absolutely awful experience. There was a lack of communication throughout the process, especially as we got closer to closing. If I could go back, I would not have worked with Eric at Thrive Mortgage.

Eric was more and more unresponsive the closer we came to closing. I had to get information from the title company regarding closing because Eric would not respond to me. Additionally, he did not lock in the lowest interest rate and told me...
