John was able to assist a borrower with a refinance in a near impossible situation. He worked hard and stayed professional through the entire transaction. I will 100% recommend John to any borrower's interested in a refinance in MO, TN, IL...

They went out of their way to fix what had been previously not right, and listened to us wih the desire to help.
